Here's the thing most people are missing. No matter who does what, any black person who's in the spotlight regularly and starts being held up as any kind of leader, whether they asked for it or not, is going to get the tabloid treatment...and people don't say a word when that happens.
So Jay/Jordan/whoever says "fk it, it's a Catch-22 anyway, if they're gonna talk regardless I'll make this money and live my life the best I can"...and somehow now it's a problem. Shaderoom, vlad, dailymail, the twitter twits, everybody's okay with the gossip- and fearmongers playing with their feels all day everyday, but as soon as a man stands up for himself and goes his own route people want to get shemotional about it. And even worse they get even more touchy when a mirror gets held up to their hypocrisy.
