son you said leonard busted lebron's ass in games 3 through 5, when this clearly wasn't the case in game 5. this lets me know you didnt watch the games and are probably just going off what you heard on TV.And games 3 and 4?

Heat nation been trolling these boards for three years. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction![]()
Nah, LeCramp is garbageI get it, but I don't know what everyone is arguing about, Lebron is a great player, could be/have been even better (which is crazy) and I think most would agree with that statement. Miami lost to a better team period, they had more talent, period. Lebron will more than likely go down as an all time great, top 10, no denying that, I just don't know what all the hate/arguing is for, what's the point, I guess it's just all fun and games and that's cool. Just waiting for The Coliseum to move on, that's all. The arguments I've seen against Kobe for instance tend to have facts/stats to back them up (and Kobe was a great player, little overrated but great nonetheless), Lebron's hate just seems to be hate, never see real facts, in depth discussions, just talk.

okay?
joe johnson busted lebron's ass at times in the nets series...nobody cared. you want the man to play 40+ minutes every game, score 35-40 a night, facilitate for his teammates, rebound and play lockdown defense? unrealistic. jordan never had to do it, neither did kobe. but suddenly everyone expects lebron to.
you know what wouldve happened if leonard doesn't go off? parker, diaw, green, duncan, ginobili or mills do. lebron couldve morphed into tony allen on defense this entire series and the heat still wouldve gotten blown out.
While agree that video is more of an indictment of the Heat's offense as whole, there was clear examples of Lebron "statpadding" , scoring majority of his points when the Heat where down 15+ points( 1.1 points when Spurs lead by 15+ and 0.65 points within 10+ points), posting up a total of 14 times, etc..., the stats don't tell the whole story, Lebron was not as effective as his stats indicate.
While I don't disagree with you per say, However the way I see it if I have to sit here and on each telecast, night after night, hear LeBron get marketed as "the best defender in the league" because he offers some sort of versatility that apparently "no one else" does and when he "locks in" can shut down anyone, blah blah blah... then why can't he be criticized when he plays shyt defense like he did all season this year and in the Finals?
Request Denied.

Why should I be mad? Nothing to be angry about. You seem to be taking this criticism from Coach Nick personally and you aren't even on the court. Chill. You're a laker fan post 2010. Only knick fans should be more mad than you.

If the heatz had won, you would be here talking about how lebron is top 5. Take your lumpps like a man. You're a laker fan post 2010. Only knick fans should be more mad than you.

According to Synergy stats, LeBron spent significant time guarding two guys in the series, Leonard and Parker (2=made 2, 3=made 3, +1=and1, X=miss, T=turnover, F=foul):
Guarding Leonard:
G1: 2,X,T (2 points, 1 turnover, 3 plays)
G2: 2,F,F (2 points, 2 fouls, 3 plays)
G3: 3,T,2,T,3,3,2+1 (14 points, 2 turnovers, 7 plays)
G4: 2,F,X,2,3,X,2,2 (9 points, 1 foul, 8 plays)
G5: 2,X (2 points, 1 play)
---
Overall: 29 points, 3 fouls, 3 turnovers, 22 plays
Guarding Parker:
G1: no plays
G2: no plays
G3: F,F (0 points, 2 fouls, 2 plays)
G4: X,2 (2 points, 2 plays)
G5: 2,2,X,X,X,X (4 points, 6 plays)
---
Overall: 6 points, 2 fouls, 0 turnovers, 10 plays
He guarded Leonard terribly in games 3 and 4.
Leonard did a great job of guarding Lebron on iso plays which is why the Spurs didn't need to double and help take Heat initial plays away
Kawhi Leonard On Lebron (NBA finals Series):
Isolation: X,F,F,2,X,T,X,F,X,2 (4 points, 3 fouls, 1 turnover, 10 plays)
P&R Ball Handler: 3,F,3,T,2,T,3,3,X,T,2,X,X,X,X,X,3 (19 points, 1 foul, 3 turnovers, 17 plays)
Post-Up: T,2,2,2,F,F (6 points, 2 fouls, 1 turnover, 6 plays)
P&R Man: 2,2,2 (6 points, 3 plays)
Spot-Up: X,2,X,3,F (5 points, 1 foul, 5 plays)
Off Screen: N/A
Hand Off: T (0 points, 1 turnover, 1 play)
---
40 points, 7 fouls, 6 turnovers, 42 plays
though Leonard was terrific guarding LeBron on isos.

Doesnt matter. You've been crying since Sunday. shyt won't get better for lebron no matter how many tears you shed.Im goood money. I dont mind well thought out critique, but half the nikkas in here dont even understand what dude is breaking down in the video....look at the thread title, nowhere in the vid is dude breaking down Brons lack of effectiveness its moreso about the plays being ran.
