It’s actually crazy that there’s people that think that what Travis did isn’t an issue - he asked Pharrell to produce a track on his album but then had Pharrell getting dissed on another song in the same project. That’s nasty enough in itself but what’s more egregious is that you then crashed his studio session to play him the album and do your monkey dance but didn’t play him the verse with him getting dissed, only then to release it the next week.

And the people taking issue with Pusha picking up on this and crying about him picking up the beef for Pharrell are clearly missing the fact that the diss was also targeted at Push - “Your bosses chains” is clearly aimed at Pusha so Travis went to the studio session with the Clipse there, dapped up everyone like it was love then released the track the next week with them getting dissed on it.

People may not like the timing but there’s not one scenario here where Pusha’s wrong for this….

And the only reason the timing is weird is cause of the label fukkery not wanting Kendrick on the song and shyt.

This would of happened last year.

Like Push said Travis has no loyalty and no integrity. When Nas submitted a verse for Scarface’s The Fix that was dissing Jay-Z, Face made Nas change it because Jay was on the album too. And Nas is one of Face’s favorite artists but he still had enough integrity to tell Nas that his album wasn’t the space to air grievances.

Travis possesses none of that fortitude.

Travis throwing up the Roc is no different than somebody wearing a baseball hat for the aesthetic/fit. Got nothing to do with loyalty or support or ideology or anything else. Somewhere in his drug addled brain he remembered throwing up the Roc looked cool to him so he threw it up.
