Humble Bundle got a deal going on where you get Magix Video Pro X & Movie Studio 16 Platinum (+ some other stuff) for $25 but I figure I may as well learn DaVinci Resolve first and then just pay the premium down the road if I have to.

I just started using DaVinci Resolve last month. Don’t know what the fukk I’m really doing but I’ve been able to navigate my way around and do the stuff I needed to. Only took me a few days to really teach myself the basics.
I been using Sony Vegas Pro 17 for about 3 months, pretty easy once you get the basics down.
Damn I still haven't learned how to use DaVinci resolve
