Aren't most of these characters supposed to be in scenarios that would necessitate a high level of physical fitness? Certainly Helena, Lara Croft, Tifa and Jade couldn't do what they do (fight, sprint, jump etc.) if they were

ok i tend to be more supportive of feminism than most people on this site, but this is one thing that bothers me

You know if the average woman in America had a healthy diet and worked out regularly they wouldn't be so intimidated by video game characters.
Honestly, even the video game characters they chose bodies aren't unattainable, Naboora might be the only one that would require more effort and possibly good genes. Funny, when I see these male video game characters representing the pinnacle of male physique(some to an exaggerated state) it just motivates me to work out.
