Streaming star Jordan Maron, known to the millions of people who watch him play Minecraft as "CaptainSparklez," has purchased a new Los Angeles home for $4.5 million. Variety reports that the 23-year-old's new, 4,100 square-foot house sits on a hillside above Sunset Strip--and it looks amazing.

As you can see in the image above, the defining characteristic of the three-bedroom, five-bathroom abode is its glass terraces. Views (on a clear day, at least) extend to the Pacific Ocean. There is also an outdoor fireplace, infinity pool (and "party-sized spa), sunken wet bar, and a stainless steel barbecue.

Variety also reports that Maron's home is only a few thousand feet away from the $70 million, 23,000-square-foot mansion that Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Persson bought last year.

i feel like theres an untapped market of actually like going deep analysis while your playing while still being entertaining to listen to. pewdipie acts like a retard but it works for him. but i know when im wathing youtube gamers sometimes i wish they would get deeper with what just happened in the game.

The thing with low tier god is that i figured out quickly he's not trolling...cos he's too dumb to exploit the fact that people get a kick out of him flipping out. He genuinely thinks he gets views cos people think he's good. He could've finessed the niché he had many times over by now. Someone like cash nasty on the otherhand is smart cos he quickly noticed people fucced with his girl being in the videos with him and figured out a way to exploit that without exploiting her in the process (her semi retarded voice gets my dicc hard pause )

But generally just ad revenue. Robbaz seems to be making enough (side) money of Youtube videos (he refuses donations and doesn't sell merch) and he has "only" like 1 million subscribers doing 1 or 2 videos a week, which is nothing compared to the big dogs who drop videos daily and have far more subscribers/viewers.

What you need though is a way to get an audience.
