This is probably common knowledge to you guys but I did learn a few things watching this video.

I didn't know range of motion is not important when building mass :ohhh:
I didn't know about the compensatory acceleration principle :ohhh:







What are your thoughts? :thinking:

the compensatory acceleration principle i knew about because of mma training. they promoted it at my gym to develop power and i always stuck with it.

i learned alot of other new shyt on those videos tho breh. thank you. dapped and repped.
