My nephew took my "Happy Thanksgiving" as an opportunity to give a speech about Pilgrims being marauders and the general racism in America.

It was cute. He had learned the things I got hype about as a young adult, and he felt that he had learned a secret.

I told my nephew that the American situation is not about the history of it. The history has been a nightmare. But there's hope for the future. We can realize the idea of equality and justice.
