Guess you haven't been paying much attention. Have you not seen the time they've been giving nikkas on flimsy evidence? Once they get the public outrage to a boiling point,they don't need a strong case. They can literally railroad you and nobody will bat and eyelash. People will celebrate you going to jail regardless of how they got got in there,and if it added up legally. And people will be so afraid to defend you,not even those who think it was sketchy will call it out in fear of being associated. The European runs a tight ship. If 5 people out of 9 think Cassie consented and that the others testifying like former employees are out for money since they are involved in civil suits then that can be a big factor the defense and he walks.
