Max was smart to market towards and later take over the smaller cities outside of NY like Bridgeport, Hartford, CT, Jersey City, NJ, Elizabeth, NJ, Wilmington, Delaware, Boston, Upstate NY, Pittsburg and the Midwest.

If he gets the right team behind him it’ll be like 2008-2010 all over again.
