I’m looking at some 4 bedroom home on trulia right now located in Austin.

homes are more expenses than I thought. Still lots of room for the high price tags tho.

seeing homes that are easily north of 400K and many at the 500-600K range. For 4+ bedrooms

It's becoming inflated by Californians coming in. Also these housing contractors are explicitly making homes for high incomes so people are getting pushed out.

My girlfriend and I look at houses in the market regularly.
