We don't need to know the existent of the altercation, in the report it says the guys twin who was the shooter is the one who assaulted her by they didn't say in what manner he assaulted her.

This is why people need to let the law resolve these situation because you can potential make things worst by resovling them yourself, I mean sometimes you have no choice, and people have limits to their patience, and one stressful day can lead to a non thought out decision.
