The city just won a Federal Grant for millions of dollars to go into the Westside communities over by the Atlanta University Center (Morehouse, Clark, Spelman, ITC) which is very close to the new stadium. Plus there is supposed to be $15 million from the Falcons & that's supposed to be going into the other part of that area by Vine City and neighboring areas to help build up that area. If you live in Atlanta and have a little bit of money, I'd invest down there ASAP

The grant shyt just happened, but the $15 milly for Vine City, etc has been known since before they tore down the two churches...if you got the money by all means, shouts out to Invest Atlanta @Warren Moon
