Overkill as always.

He probably was trying to take the gun away because he was scared that the Cop would shoot him for no reason. Not like they haven't shot people for nothing before.
She did have her gun drown before saying a word.

A lot of you who state why he do this or that only help to push the bar farther as to how far cops can go.

When a innocent brother gets shoot you C00Ns ask
"he shouldn't have had hand in his pockets"
" why was he wearing a hoodie"
:snoop:

Victim Blaming at it's finest. Most don't know it, but we're making it easier and easier for Cops to justify killing us.

....he literally grabbed her gun and tried to take it away from her

That is NOT the same thing as having a gun on you but not pulling it out, or reaching for the glove compartment to get your license

Stop trolling :wtf:

He was asking for it but at the same time I see how that could have easily been ended with an arrest. You have breh on the ground essentially helpless and went out of your way to dump 6 into him. Hell he even endangered the life of that female cop and the female cop endangered the life of the bus driver firing from that angle:patrice:

:francis: dude was acting crazy, he didn't want anyone else to be harmed so idk... not sure if they were harassing him tho so ill reserve judgement. The officer should deescalated the situation tho, every situation does not require you to have your gun drawn. They could have talk him down before rushing in there
He wasn't violent, didn't harm anyone. Didn't make violent gesture towards anyone. Nothing he did required her to pull her gun on him immediately like she did. The second she pulled a firearm he ran. She pursued him and before she could have a chance to point her firearm at her again he tried to throw the extinguisher at her arm but the nozzle broke off and he tried to gain wrist control as to not be shot.

Listen. The guy was a bit unruly but nothing had escalated to anything violent at all. He was just speaking incoherently to the bus driver but nothing in his body language suggested violence. Even though that can change quickly, it's suppose to be your training that gives you the ability to discern that. The cops escalated it and I can t blame dude for fighting for his life.

He didnt die because he went for her gun. He died because she drew her gun on him and he chose not to be shot without a fight. That's a huge difference.

We need to combat every killing to push the bar back toward justice.

There have been many men that tried to take a cops gun and didn't get shoot 6 times. Dude was 130lbs, Cop could've hit him once and he would've dropped everything. Cops are so scary and on edge, every is life or death now. They're scary to take a 1% chance of injury. It wasn't always like that. Cops use to be strong and tough. Bunch of scary cowards now.

Fat bytch was screaming like her life depended on it but it's your own fault that it was in danger to begin with. Guarantee he doesn't go for her firearm if she didn't release it and aim at his face without a single order given.

You can't ESCALATE something into a violent encounter then try and play the victim. This isn't he same as the other shootings of the black community that are executions. However, it was a good shoot out of context. He went for her firearm. Her partner had basically no choice but to shoot. The problem is she endangered her life and her partner's by her actions. Everything about what she did was poor training. bytch almost gave her gun up and if she did, she would've been likely killed and her partner perhaps as well as the bus driver.

ANd let me make it clear. Just b/c I can see the cops perspective on this one, DOES NOT MEAN I see it in Baton Rouge, nor Minn. I take it case by case.

Wow.......Dude shouldn't grabbed her gun and we all knew it's a wrap for his life. He probably was high and didn't think clearly.

That fukking cac cop shouldn't have shot him in the face like 6 times. Why didn't they shoot him the legs? Way overkill.

You said all this shyt, and yet his death was still legally justified the moment he grabbed her gun :yeshrug:

If a cop aims a firearm at you and tells you to put your hands up, and you decide "I'm not letting him shoot me; I'm getting that gun"....then good luck with that. No, for real....I legit hope you manage to wrestle that gun away successfully, no sarcasm. As long as you know .....if you fail and they kill you, and especially if it's all recorded....don't expect much news coverage or protests....

EDIT: well technically you won't be expecting anything.....since you dead and shyt :heh:
