I agree with her point that ladies should know how to change a tire in the event we find ourselves completely just out there with no help. She can dedicate time during a weekend to mastering that at home.

That said, out in public, unless he looks crazy as hell, I'm taking the help if a man comes over and offers. No way in hell I would want to have to be fooling with changing a tire longer than I absolutely needed to on the side of the road.

As a black woman who just recently tapped into my south era , I recall going to Menards a year ago .

I had to get a few heavy duty items for a diy project and the entire time I was struggling, men were offering to assist me left and right and I said “no I got it !”
