I know this is gonna go against my last post, but after closely comparing these two photos, I've come to the conclusion that the male image was photoshopped. The facial expression in the male image looks too identical to hers. Plus I see the male image is a little fuzzier, so the photos won't look quite as identical. But what really gives it away is, the male image is still wearing her shirt. You can even see the collar is unbuttoned the same way. The male image is also larger so most of the shirt, or blouse in this case, doesn't fit in the photo, which would have been an automatic give away. The larger male image also makes it harder to notice they have the exact same pose.

The picture isn't supposed to be the same picture, I believe it's a male filter that someone applied to the original picture showing that they basically look/are a man with facial structure and features .etc staying the same, like a man wearing makeup and weave basically.
