Klay releases at the top, he just doesn't try to jump his highest while doing it. Redikk is more old school, high point release.

Your form doesn't need to be perfect. Steph's shot optimizes his height and play style. You should have decent fundamentals but it's more important to have the muscle memory to where you can repeat the motion over and over again until it's on autopilot.

Let's not forget he's probably shot hundreds of thousands of jumpers this way to perfect it.
