Well to be fair (not saying I believe in the flat earth theory) this particular video if you observe the landscape as the camera adjusts and swings while elevating, you see the landscape bow and bend which is indicative of the curvature of the lens. Compare the landscape to when the camera is relatively level and not jostling around you notice the horizon is flat all the way out to the end of optical perspective.
