oh word. so that's why this series has never been put on DVD?? i've been racking my brain as to why this has never been released in it's entirety (HUGE fan) and i've been annoyed by it since about 2008 or so. hell even with them not being able to have the music playing they still should, this show was that great

i remember their finale was the same night as lakers spurs when d fish hit the big shot at .4 (one lucky shot deserves another). i was literally in turmoil because as happy as i was about beating duncan i was still sick that i was missing the finale to a damn reality show b! lmao that's how much i loved and still love this shyt

don’t know if y’all remember the west coast rapper from the prelims... I think his name was Damone ... he was by far the nicest rapper of all the contestants .

he started having an internal conflict after observing Diddy’s moves up close ... he called his mom and was like , “I’m not with all this fake stuff... dunno if I can keep doin this.”

his mom told him to follow his heart...

So I think it was the last ep of the initial season and rappers had to freestyle ... Damon spit some grade A ether at Diddy , eviscerating him. Like real soul burning shyt .

Puff was pretty condescending about the whole thing, if I remember, or he is just like that in general, but in context, if I wanted to be an intern or whatever, and Puff wants me to walk to Brooklyn, it isn't that big of a deal, and pretty fun, esp. not being from the city. Was he timing them?
