Guard was being a a$$hole or just didn't know how to do his job. But once somebody disrespect you like T.I did you gotta stick to your guns even if you are wrong. I remember dealing with customers,and you try to help they ass out,and they get a attitude because your going to slow for them. I still get angry at all the capeing for Will Smith, the football player, who died for trying to prove his toughness and ruined another breh life. It’s not humorous at all. And I actually got a new found respect for TI. Especially the whole asking for forgiveness part. You can really gouge the character of a man in situations like this.

Because if I would have came home tired af or stressed out from work and had to deal with insubordinate help, it would not have been 20 seconds from me giving him my name the first time for shyt to have popped off. I would not, in anyway at all, been diplomatic like TI.

Sidenote: Is crime that rampant in Atlanta for subdivisions to have gated security? Seems unnecessary if there is not much crime.

Cardell Hayes sentenced to 25 years for Will Smith killing
NEW ORLEANS -- The man who killed retired Saints star Will Smith and wounded Smith's wife during a traffic dispute last year was sentenced Thursday to 25 years in prison for manslaughter, far less than the maximum prosecutors had called for.

Cardell Hayes faced up to 60 years if given consecutive maximum terms for manslaughter and attempted manslaughter. Instead, Judge Camille Buras gave him 15 years for shooting Racquel Smith in the legs, to be served at the same time.

Hayes, 29, also will get a year of credit for the time he's already served since shooting one of the city's sports heroes in April 2016. State law requires him to serve 85 percent of the sentence before becoming eligible for good-behavior release, meaning he could be freed in roughly 20 years.

"If he was sentenced to 60 years he probably could have died in jail. At least with 25 he has the opportunity to be reunited with his family," Hayes' lawyer, John Fuller, said outside court.

In a statement, Racquel Smith expressed her disappointment with the "leniency" of the sentence handed down by Buras on Thursday.

He didn't have a right to be mad because in the video it says his Benz hit the Hummer first. The shooter chased after Smith after Smith didn't stop. I get he may have been mad the Hummer hit him while his wife was in the car,but seems like he started the situation.
