I don't know about talking shyt about him to other people, perhaps to his real ones.
But to smile in Tyga's face and say "yeah I got you" , when he really doesn't want to be associated with Tyga. I could def imagining that happening, that's a kind way of saying no.
If I was a rapper I would understand that I can't go around asking Drake for any favors unless I reached a certain level.

My guess is that its a discrepancy in their relationship, Drake saw him as a coworker in another division and Tyga thought Drake was his nikka (obviously).
