Higher draft pedigree than Russ.
If he actually materializes to potentially be as good as Russ as a pro.
Then, it could be a later convo.
For now, smart is damn near a bonafide bust.
if, smart does not emerge as elite in the east for starters.
As smart was the last top tier pg of the past few years in college.
Plus, he stayed entirely to long.
So, his bust is on him.
If he never materializes into top tier at the pg position.
He should be able to but he has not impressed me.
since, the season he was supposed to leave and he stayed in school to long.
