Yeah if you look at the clip it says DeveloperInitiated on that page. That means I didn't even record that the Xbox decided to do it on it's own and it uploaded it to Microsoft's servers which is why its visible on that page if you put in my Gamertag. Kinda creepy really. I put in a few people from the Coli and one of our posters has a clip with himself in it wearing a Luigi hat.

this is simple to stop. the games automatically record moments it deems worthy and uploads them so your friends see them. Madden did this a lot, all you have to do is turn off that feature in settings and your good. my gametag doesn't have a video on there since december when i turned this feature off.

If you make a video of Kinect footage assuming you haven't messed around with the settings it's gonna be automatically uploaded to that public server i'm assuming.

NO its NOt true. Court recorded himself. thats why it says "USER" initiated under that video yall are clowning him about. that wasnt a NSA snitchbox move.

any videos you have on there are either ones you recorded on purpose or the few they upload automatically if you dont turn off that default setting.

it only records GAME footage. not actual KINECT video. if you want to record kinect video. you have to manually do it yourself like COURT did.
