If we judge it from that standpoint Drake might have become more successful from this while Meek will forever have a L with his name. I believe one of drakes purposes is to make NY irrelevant. Not solely, but he's the prime factor at this point. They tried to do it on the female end with Iggy. Once the mecca of Hip-hop's irrelevance reaches 99-100%, America will no longer be what you think about when you think about hiphop. then they can pull the plug on America without worrying about things like hip-hop keeping it afloat culturally. That way they can transition to China being "it." It's a slow year by year transition...
