The NFL rookie pay scale changed the game up
Franchises no longer have to stick witha QB they gave 40/50 million just cause, when now they can pay a QB decnt money and if he aint showing a spark bench him or cut him. This can be a good and bad thing, would the Giants/Steelers had superbowls had they got rid of theirs Qb's swiftly??????
Yea... QB's don't cost as much anymore, though. Back in the day teams had more patience cuz they invested too much money in QB's. Not anymore.
Ponder got kinda done dirty but it is what it is....In the NFL, if you're ass and not getting W's, you will get replaced.
You can take the jags outta that list. Everytime a quarterback becomes available our name gets thrown into the mix. Our front office has made it clear we're riding with these sorry ass quarterbacks we have for the rest of the season.

He is last in downfield passing, never sets his feet in the pocket before taking off like a dumbass, has basically turned this offense into a 1 dimensional attack, has not utilized jerome simpson and/or greg jennings.
Nah i say he should be thankful for the money he banked as a 1st round pick and hold a clipboard elsewhere and maybe come in 2-4 games a year as a backup.

He sucks, shouldn't have been picked so high and all that shyt. BUT. Dude was supposed to be their QB of the future....just a few weeks ago. Then he gets hurt, they sign some QB off the street and a week later that QB is the starter. I'd be kinda salty but...it's the right decision.
