Stafford has spent most of his career as a one-read QB. Started with Megatron, then went to Kupp, then Puka once Kupp went down.

This is terrible for a QB. It exposes him more.

Completely phased out the offense. This is more than a natural decline, Stafford simply does not look to throw to him at all. I get Nukua is better these days but damn, Kupp was OPOY 3 years ago

The issue is that coop cannot separate anymore. His shiftyness out of the break was his secret weapon and he cant move like that anymore. With no shiftiness, hes too slow to be a deep threat and not strong enough to catch underneath/in the backfield like Nacua can. Cooper is still a great player who helps coordinate the offense and the guy can block his ass off.

This is terrible for a QB. It exposes him more.

It is, but he's won a Super Bowl and is considered by many to have one of the most talented arms ever. Coaches and veteran players RAVE about him. He was doing Mahomes/Prime Rodgers shyt before either of those boys made it cool, and nobody knew it because he played for Detroit.

Wild thing is, he's demonstrated in the past that he's a better QB when he can't rely on one person. But if NFL teams are going to allow the Rams to steadily win games by Stafford playing catch with one man, so be it.
