Ain’t no fukkin way all the pressure is on Randle. Lol.

Everyone has already given Brunson the mantle as the number 1 option superstar “the greatest knick since Ewing”. (Their words, not mine)

We made all the right moves to put a great team around Brunson and Randle. 2 great defensive wings that can shoot. And a great bench, even with the hartenstein loss.

If the season is a failure, its not gonna be on Randle. It will be on our superstar and on our coach.

life ain't fair.

but Randle's still a polarizing figure in NY and since he ain't a NOVA guy and everyone fell in love with Hartenstein, some view Randle as expendable or at best the piece for THAT guy.
There is no THAT guy. The FO wanted to keep continuity and the Oil hucksters out in OKC threw $30 mil a Hartenstein. No one is saying it but no fukking way IHart is worth that. They just wanted to pry him away from the Knicks and have money to burn for two years because their players are mostly still rookies. That is literally the largest contract the organization has given anyone ever….

The Knicks need another Center, but Randle isn’t the problem. The game is the game, and it can work for you or against you.

Nah he's right. Not saying IT'S right, but Randle gonna be the first one blamed. (Unless he plays out of his mind obviously).

Ya’ll are two negative over the IHart loss.

The Knicks need another 7 footer who can protect the rim, rebound, and play drop coverage.

The realest issue is we’re a day late in FA but I hope the Knicks new last night what is what and are making moves now to find another center.

How do we determine value though? He's now the 9th highest paid center in the league. Only center that makes more than him that he's better than is Ayton. Only center who makes less than him that he's not better than is Wemby.

Nah I can’t still see it as a gross overpay.

Yes, he was and he was one of the top defensive centers.

“Especially factoring in defense”

Clearly you have no idea how this guy plays

If you don’t watch bro just say that :mjlol:

Yes he improved but he’s still not a top 10 center when you include the top defensive centers.

Well, Brunson is going to ball his game is fool proof. :mjlol:

Randle, remember was a hot pack of ass the first 20 or so games of the season, before going on a tear and getting injured. He has great spacing around him so he has no excuse he needs to ball. The pressure is on him.

After that the pressure is on Anunoby to stay healthy and Bridges to bounce back from a down year given we gave up a lot of $ and assets for those two 3&D players.

all the pressure will be on Randle. Not a fan of his, but regardless of how the season goes, if y'all don't win, all the blame will go to him
Which is unprecedented for someone who's at most the 3rd best player on the team, realistically closer to 4th-6th. At least when Bosh & Love carried that burden they were undisputed 3rd wheels, Randle doesn't have to do nearly as much to clear his bar of contribution.

If he can't handle that then it's the mental side of things that got the best of him, on the court he's never been better set-up to succeed.
