When WWE's creative department decided to split-up Kofi Kingston and R-Truth so the two can compete as singles wrestlers, an idea was brought for R-Truth to turn heel. The idea was squashed since Vince McMahon is high on R-Truth's animated persona as well as the Little Jimmy gimmick.

Isaac Yankem has been contacted about a return to WWE to work a storyline with JBL and a possible title run in the near future with the company and has raised speculation of how the storyline would play out
