Vince Doesnt Watch NXT?

On the pre/post SummerSlam Powerbombcast[1] , Dan Ryckert talked about meeting Pat Patterson. Patterson brought up Sami Zayn and the reaction from I'm guessing the producers backstage.

..And I asked him what standouts he likes. "Oh, I like the guy who the does the..", and he starts doing motions in the air with his hands......is it Sami Zayn? "Sami Zayn! I love that guy! The stuff he does, it's amazing! Oh my God, he's the best!". And he said he goes to Vince, "Oh, I tell Vince, I tell all the guys and I say, oh the stuff he does and they all go, "Oh no, he just does a bunch of flippy shyt".

But he also said Vince doesn't watch NXT. And he could have been talking about Adrian Neville. Dan thought it was him at first before mentioning Sami Zayn.

The idea that he very well COULD have been talking about Adrian Neville/PAC makes this more hilarious. On /wooo/, they have a macro with Neville's head that says "flippy shyt", so it makes me wonder if that has anything to do with the joke. I pray that sheet stories (legit or otherwise) come out once you've got Steen, Devitt, Kenta, Zayn, and Neville all mingling down at Full Sail. You'll get some shyt like....

- There’s a feeling within WWE that the company is in the middle of successfully reloading NXT with signings that have been confirmed and some that will be official soon, led by the signings of Prince Devitt, Kenta and Kevin Steen.

There has been a lot of talk around NXT about how long those three will spend training at the Performance Center. None of the three want to spend a lot of time in developmental and word is that was a factor in all three of their contracts.

I honestly wish NXT had 2 hours. I wanna see these dudes promos game more and more matches. Only thing I really dislike about the product since i dont rate the main shows anywhere.

Nah, 1 hour is plenty dude. I've realised that the shorter the program, the better, when it comes to WWE. Minimal replays and they squeeze a lot in for a 1 hour show (average 4/5 GOOD matches, 4/5 interviews/promos).
