You can see the clear disconnect when they bring people up from NXT. Look at Adam Rose, Paige and Bo Dallas. They are pretty different than what they were in NXT.

So is NXT just it now? They no longer have like FCW or another "OVW" type fed?

FCW is NXT, they rebranded it a couple years ago.

Even though HIS money is invested in it...he better make time...

Vince focuses on the major stuff at this point. He has Triple H and an entire team to handle new talent and NXT and when they feel its time to bring guys up, then they get on Vince's radar. Its for the best, to be honest. If Vince was running it, NXT would be filled with a bunch of Mason Ryan's.
