I liked the part in his promo where he went crazy screaming, then calmed down and was nice again. Think that can be his Jekkyl/Hide, cocky a$$hole/raving lunatic thing, where he switches between both. It allows him to be a cowardly heel and dangerous at the same time.

ehhh, I dont think it works like that all the time. If you approach them in disagreement of what they have booked for you, they could either be respnsive OR send you the JTG route.
All that "take control of your character" sounds good, but in the end that's more the exception than the rule.
