This writer sounds like a dude who applied for a job at WWE and didn't get it, so he's been bitter ever since.

He has a history of writing things that make it sound like he'll never watch again, but he's been doing that for years and ... yeah, apparently he's still watching. :manny:

Any good points he makes are usually overshadowed by his general "I hate WWE" attitude.

Having said that ... I haven't watched much for the last year or so, and I'm trying to get back into it now. It's not easy. The product mostly sucks.

the XFL was a great idea. The execution in the beginning was poor.

Vince tries out crazy things b/c he made a gimmick with a "dead" guy work to the tune of millions of dollars. So he takes risks b/c he knows even the craziest stuff can stick sometimes.

The fact that he's carried a traveling circus around the country for 300 days a year without fail for the past 40 years is pretty incredible. Who else can lay any sort of similar claim?

Good or bad, you can see where his stubborn mindset comes from....

McMahon is a dude who has lost many battles with his loopy ideas, but he won the one war he couldn't afford to lose.........and that victory is the reason he has a monopoly over pro wrestling being mainstream right now. Yet I can see him bringing up that victory every time someone tells him that idea sucks

First off, the second year of WBF was fukking incredible.

Secondly, of course Vince McMahon doesn't care what you think. He's busy running a billion dollar empire. You know who else doesn't give a shyt what you think about? Every other CEO of giant companies. Because they're rich and busy. What a pointless op-ed. Write all these big declarations, but never stop watching. What a putz.
:what:

He clearly states that the solution is to stop watching. Your stupid reactionary response is invalid.

How do you get an out of step Vince McMahon and WWE to listen? Easy, you have to speak Vince McMahon’s language. You have to hit him where it has always hurt the most, in the ratings and the pocketbook. You stop watching Raw, you stop watching Smackdown on television, you know, just long enough to make a respectable impact. If you don’t already, watch Lucha Underground, Ring of Honor, New Japan, Impact or NXT instead.

Don't read the fukking article, brehs. :snoop:

Anyone ever notice the iwc is split into two groups. Those that cape extra hard for the E and those that want to see them fail at all cost lol
No, the largest group is just fans that want a better program. The first stockholm symdrome group treats the other two like the enemy, though, since the other two havent learned to like eating shyt like the first has.

Xfl flopped because people thought it was fake cause of the whole wwe stigma

And also, most successful people/companies are wrong sometimes... none of them are right about everything. Russell Simmons isn't where he is because EVERYTHING he did worked, but the shyt that did work at least gave him the opportunity to fukk up sometimes. If he wanted to get back into the music industry today, I doubt it'd be easy to tell him what would or wouldn't be a hit. There's tons of food/beverage ideas that flopped terribly, and came from the same companies that made the most famous food/beverages ever. TV shows that got canceled in two weeks but got greenlighted by the same people behind classics.
