Vince built the business. he wasn't just some businessman who only cared about profit on each and every single thing. he kept prices affordable for parents to bring their families to all shows regardless if it was a TV event, house show, or main PPV. you could usually get affordable tickets.

and guess what? the profits still came without having to try and rip all of your fans off for every last penny. he also kept all of those stupid ads off of the ring.

Said it a few times, when you go from essentially having to rebuild your entire business and film RAW from high school gyms after the steroid trial to the heights they reached with Austin/Rock, you can't help but feel like you're playing with house money. Very different dynamic from paying 9.3 billion for a company and starting the process of turning a profit.

Right now the only person near the top who has any semblance of that passion/connection to the business is Levesque and he's a glorified suit under this TKO iteration.
