You asked a question that's a false choice. Billionaire businessman might be better equipped to consult on the economy than blue collar workers but that doesn't mean the particular ones chosen are the right choice. Not all billionaires and CEOs are intelligent about economics. Billionaire CEOs were the ones that crashed the economy in 2008. A group that has an interest in risking people's health in order to make more money shouldn't be making the decision on when to open venues. This particular group has very little hands on knowledge about the industries that are failing such as airlines, hotels, restaurants and retailers.
