Exactly! Saw the thread title and thought to myself "Fck them employees!"

Watched the video and felt empathetic...

But still FCK them employees...we got rent due!

Our favorite artist gonna make music regardless if the employees there or not ..all it takes is a Mike and a computer...

Some of my favorite songs were done in a closet

All facts hip hop is less popular now and the labels have turned the water off on a lot of acts.

From that date Vince mentioned 2017 to now look at all the rappers that “fell off”.
I hear you, but what new Genre IS popular with The youth and Moving the culture for them right now? I'm trying to hop on what THEY on right now if They got some new shyt that's taking over passed hip-hop

What should we do? Stop entertaining ourselves and spend our time protesting for rappers to get more millions? A&Rs who obviously don’t do anything, to keep their 6 figure jobs of not doing anything, and on? If he wants to help black people in the music industry then maybe he should make more music and bigger hits.

People in the entertainment industry really can’t relate to normal people, somehow they think that they are some special class that everyone should treasure and feel for.

Layoffs are happening in every industry. And should be worse in the music industry cause it’s going through major digitalization, which will make a lot of people’s skills obsolete.

That’s my thing.. everybody is getting hit. Fool I might not have a job tomorrow but I’m supposed to be worried about these rappers? Lol. The label shyt been dead. You are never going to get people to buy music again. It’s a million rappers out here, not to mention the actors who treat rap like it’s a side hustle. How tf can people keep up with all these rappers?? Why would you think people would want to buy all these random albums when they can stream for a flat rate monthly? I don’t like streaming that much, but if you can’t beat them, join them :yeshrug:
