Omg label employees!?

Whos ya anr? A mountain climber who plays an electric guitar

Wait a second?! Could Gza have been wrong?

:ohhh:

If the A and R plays metal and goes to bat for you heavy metal aggressively....and has the physical strength to mountain climb in the snow while chanting "We gon make this fukking thing happen!" And calls you at the summit and tells you he's your brother for life, helping you profit large and stay healthy....that could actually be legit!!!

Wait did that host just say "Language please, language!" After Vince made his point? After Vince said the N word and shyt?

He didn't acknowledge his point but quickly said that. I get it you have to monitor certain public videos. But it almost felt like the host was trying to silence or minimize what he was saying.

Vince spoke some very behind the scenes dealings!

Bro you can’t be calling black people nikkas in a forum hosted by the government :beli:

And he said absolutely nothing besides the fact that he thinks that we should worry more about random 6-7 figure educated workers - whose services are no longer in demand at 3 particular companies - than our own wellbeing

Crazy information about the rap industry. But Vince, come on, bruh. RAPPERS are the ones being affected by this, not black music artists. And it's very logical as to why it's happening, because overall, the rap game is :trash: and the liabilities of the typical rapper outweighs the benefits. They did it to themselves. But Vince is right about a lame Compton rapper beefing with a Canadian hitmaker being more important that the situation he explained in the clip :ehh:

What should we do? Stop entertaining ourselves and spend our time protesting for rappers to get more millions? A&Rs who obviously don’t do anything, to keep their 6 figure jobs of not doing anything, and on? If he wants to help black people in the music industry then maybe he should make more music and bigger hits.

People in the entertainment industry really can’t relate to normal people, somehow they think that they are some special class that everyone should treasure and feel for.

Layoffs are happening in every industry. And should be worse in the music industry cause it’s going through major digitalization, which will make a lot of people’s skills obsolete.

Those same 'Employess' fired from these non-existing labels are the ones that ushered out all the Black Talents in-front and behind-the-scenes to prop their Show Pony up:hhh::mjpls::ld::lupe:
