For all those saying 'so and so' should go to AEW? Where would they find the air time, and money to pay these cats with only 3 hours of TV/week and no house shows?

If WWE dont have the space/ air time for these guys, not many options left. 98% of the indies wont be able to pay these guys well. Some of them will go wrestle at these indies 'for the love of wrestling' and if they saved some good coin, and some will be brought back. Its just a shytty time for all companies right now.

What happened in Japan?

They basically starting operation for all the promotions and paying the wrestlers who missed last month proper pay. Plus, they are heavily testing wrestlers and staff before they get in the ring. Basically, shyt that WWE haven't done or not trying to do for it's safer to clean house to save pocket change

What's truly amazing about this is that pretty much all of the on screen talent released are people that should have been cut long ago, multiple years ago in some cases, yet Vince waits until a fukking global pandemic with his business somehow being deemed essential because he's on Trump's new economic taskforce to clip 40 employees.
