WWE lost revenue for live events. You cant sell tickets for Raw, Smackdown. NXT, house shows, Money in the Bank, June and July PPvs, maybe SummerSlam. Are you serious? You know how much money they lose from that and merchandise sales?

You people cannot be this retarded fam.

House shows have been money losers for them for a while now because they can't actually get anyone to come to the arenas anymore. They're actually doing better just paying the rent for the building and letting it stay fallow than they would actually trying to run most of their shows.

This needs to be reemphasized, since no one seems to read any of the deep dives into WWE financials that come from this: The single biggest decision they made for actual savings was deferring construction on their new headquarters, which saved them over $100 Million dollars. A FAR more significant move than releasing dozens of people to save a minuscule fraction of that figure. Beyond that, even if they were to release zero people and run no shows from now until the end of the year, they would still be bringing in 9 figures in revenue and massive amounts of profit.

Stop trying to make this out to be borne of anything other than pure greed and malice. Everyone who does so exposes themselves.
