clearly the packers aren't thrilled with their backup QBs and if y'all ever seen Graham Harrell play you'd understand. he's terrible

i doubt aaron plays all 16 games behind this OLine minus bulaga so they really need a solid backup. we'll see if VY is that guy

No it's not. Percy Harvin is. Koppen out in DEN is almost as big as Harvin's.

Where @Schmoove at? Ya boy getting a tryout, you gonna be a Packers fan now? :troll:

I don't agree. The Hawks were fine without Harvin last year. I don't think the Packers would do as well with their starting LT not being there this year.

Plus....what's more important? A starting LT or a WR?

:rudy:

come on man.

I root for dude. Hopefully he gets it together.
He's always been overrated IMO. Just another college QB who couldnt adapt to the pros. I hope he lands the job and can keep collecting checks for now but people need to stop hoping dude is gonna accomplish anything.

Harvin could make the Seahawks a Super Bowl threat. Balauga (sp?) is solid, but Aaron Rodgers was still the most sacked QB in the league last yr WITH Baluaga. Rodgers has ALOT more to worry about than Baluaga not being there.

Loss of Harvin's impact on SEA >>>Loss of Baluaga impact on GB

Bulaga didnt play LT which was our only weak link which is the QB's blind side. With Newhouse out of LT and Bulaga there,it changed the line drastically. Plus they shuffled the line changing most positions aside from center. Seahawks are SB bound without Harvin. With Bulaga out,it can effect the whole team if we cant find a good replacement and Rodgers goes down.

You're justifying the belief that a WR is more important the a LT.

Who are you responding to??? :dahell:

Saying we hope he makes the team means hoping he accomplishes some major feat?

I wonder why you guys respond to no one.

While that's certainly not the rule of thumb, in the comparison between these two players and their impact on both teams, the loss of Harvin is greater than Baluga

Harvin was supposed to help improve a WR corps that was pretty average with Sidney Rice, Golden Tate & Zach Miller. Now they have no dynamic playmaker who can play outside, in the slot or in the backfield. It's a huge loss & the biggest injury loss of the preseason

Baluga's an important loss and a big injury loss, but that GB o-line was pretty awful last yr as I previously mentioned. Dan Koppen being done for the year is a bigger OL loss than Baluga if we're gonna keep it real.
