Get control of the saying, make merch from it, and you can eventually use that as grounds to file claim on the statement. Which is just like something Vince would do - try and buy a thing used against him, and try and bury it. Either it works and you're happy, or Streisand Effect makes it bigger and then you laugh all the way to the bank as your ownership of it makes you more money.
