Folks here are giving unrealistic advice. The moment OP physically retaliates he will be seen as the aggressor/instigator.

yeah, i'm very well aware of all the stereotypes....me being a black dude, and him being a old asian dude

the minute I speak up, or say something, or retaliate, I will be targeted I believe.

I truly believe that if I did the same exact stuff he did, not only would I be fired, they probably would've called the cops on me too

I have to play it smart, that's what people dont realize in this thread....no emotions, think long term

what people dont realize is that he wants me to react so he can play the victim

I'm starting to feel funny style about the manager too (who is a white female)

I dont want to give them the satisfaction of me turning into the angry black guy
