Not to be a cynic but are we going to ignore that Northam is doing all this in an attempt to maintain his position after the blackface scandal and in order to make it harder for liberals to be motivated to get him out of office.

Its great, but when he first came into office he wasn't pushing this shyt as hard as he is now This isn't some sign of the secret greatness of moderates as more of a man making a shrewd political choice to save his career.
