Are people going to pretend to be excited for this? The franchise died for a reason. Not alot of people were fukking with it compared to Tekken, Street Fighter, etc.

I personally like VF. Grew up on it for Sega Saturn.

Dated presentation (i.e.: low effort voice acting, simple costumes, not alot of game modes, lack of story)
It's more substance over style which may have worked in the 90s but doesn't work in the modern video game market.

Virtua Fighter 4 on Ps2 was huge , especially after that trash ass tekken 4

I never played 5 so not sure what happened, think it was bigger in Japan

Virtua Fighter is pretty damn rewarding to play and playing against someone around the same skill level as you is one of the dopest experiences.

Even the most technical Tekken characters, in terms of execution and timing, would be pretty easy in Tekken.
