Pretty much. Property is cheap as fukk out here and niqqas don't own shyt. New apartments get built and they're trashed within years. My old neighborhood back then was beautiful and looks like a zombie apocalypse. The west side is dangerous as fukk. Neighborhoods look like bombed war torn countries and niqqas walking around the streets like zombies.
I knew this was coming when I saw cacs walking around downtown and biking through Detroit. They're building major stores downtown and that new pistons stadium is really going to draw cacs.
I'm about to buy as many homes as possible.

Yes indeed. I have been downtown all this weekend and there is HUGE growth. However, I saw so many black men (young and old) wondering aimlessly about, talking and rapping to themselves and pan handling. The outskirts of downtown look like Berlin after WWII.
