Depends on what your vibe is in DC.
I'll say this, DC is more of a brunch city than a hard party town.
U-Street is good for a bar crawl. Adam's Morgan is also nice. G'Town waterfront for drinks while it's still nice out. AfAm Museum if you can. Monuments et al. We need to know your vibe.
