Every now and then but the feelings are the same. It keeps me motivated to keep doing better and to keep growing as a person.
But I've always felt like looking back on lost feelings is for suckers. There's a reason why you put them in your past, leave them there.

I wouldn't say it hurts. Its just that shytty feeling, don't know how to describe it.
Its not that I want her back, I noticed that no matter how well you are doing this feeling can occur when you see people from the past.
Something like nostalgia with a pile of shyt mixed in.
Just did this after reading this thread. She looks uglier than I remember, has a new man but changed her profile pic from those two to just her and now it says she's playing Gotye on Spotify. Someone

I've looked on an exes page before. Some i'm still cool with and we still keep in contact. But if you got that one that you regret losing then you should definitely stay off that persons page. Just brings up old feelings and have a person asking what if?

Anyway, my ex did this recently. He inboxed me and told me I've matured and I should come visit him, he misses my hugs.. Best laugh in a while.
Peaked a curiosity though, checked him out, he really grew up.

I did that maybe like a week after i broke up with my last serious ex...we were still speaking though, but I was getting too enraged when I'd see a guy leave a message on her wall or "like" a pic on her page...that was no bueno for me, so I just hid her feeds from my page and haven't looked at it since that day.....and it's been almost 6 months since. Being that we broke up because of going back to long distance and it made sense to break up, I didn't even have a legitamate reason to be angry about anything. But I can't lie, regardless of who i'm with now, I still sit back and "Stevie Wonder about her".
...and i know for a fact she still checks my page, she'll send a random email asking how i'm doing and will bring up if she see's I added a new female friend on FB....I don't even reply to her emails like that anymore. I've just accepted we both have met other people, but I don't wanna see it on her part.

Why would I be sad about it? You think I didn't know she had an ex boyfriend or something? I've had ex girls too but we both know they don't matter anymore.

Not my ex but this girl that was super into me for years just got married. I'm not jealous cause I was never into her the same way but I can't front it was a strange feeling. Funny thing is not even 6 months before she married this dude she was hitting me up trying to "hang out." hope that dude don't get his heart broken. I wont be the one to do it to him though.
