Visiting Miami...need suggestions...is it worth it to not get a spot directly in South Beach?

if he never been tootsies and booby trap on the river will have his eyes fallout, but compared to back pre-pandemic yeah it's different, in a bad way. For value and freakiness I would hit Tootsies during the day and booby trap at night. G5 even still in business.

If you're tired of tourists dancing, all up in your IG video, come to Downtown and Wynwood
Downtown/Brickell: Space, E11even, Blackbird, Rosa Sky, East
Wynwood: Racket, Freehold, Shots, Oasis, Dirty Rabbit, Pilo's, Coyo Taco
Strip clubs aren't even allowed on the beach, meanwhile on the Miami side we got Tootsie's, The Office, BTs, The Lexx, and more

It's about 45 min away from Miami though.

I didn’t like the boutique hotel that I stayed in last time I was in South Beach. The high rise hotels right on the beach look nice though. But they are pricey. $700 per night. Crazy.

I’ve stayed in Miami Beach before which was nice and affordable.

South Beach/Miami club scene is also wack now. Theres LIV and Story, Space if youre into electronic music. But Mansions, Grand Central, and a bunch of other cool clubs/live venue spots closed. Strip Club scene is wakk as fukk now as well.

This, Its funny because pandemic shut it down early then Pandemic kept it a float for a lil bit with all the money in the streets but that scene is going down fassst

It was like South Beach was 18 and up while Downtown was 21 and older .

its basically a luxury mall now with a couple clubs, the ambience isnt the same.

I stayed in Downtown Miami right near Bayfront Park when I was out there this summer. Very walkable area and Ubers are 10-15 bucks to the places you’d want to go as a tourist anyway. Most the places you gonna go in Miami are away from the beach so no point secluding yourself out there. I found it more convenient just to go there a few days to hit the beach and walk around the area.

Go to Story, Treehouse, Space, 1800 Luckys, Brick, Pilos, Dirty Rabbit Can’t go wrong at any of those and you’ll get to party Downtown, South Beach and Wynwood hitting all those. Very easy to do on a 3-4 day trip
