You have to do some touristy stuff. It's just part of traveling.

The view from Top of the Rock is pretty awesome...plus it's kinda cool to be in Rockefeller Center anyway. It's a bit pricey to go up though. About $27-ish dollars? But you can be up there for as long as you want.
There's the Brooklyn Bridge.
There are lots of parks, not just Central Park.
I couldn't speak too much about Queens/Brooklyn but I'm sure a lot of coli members could tell you what is out there. And what clubs to hit up in Manhattan. I'm not really a club person.

Actually, I think @BrothaZay had a thread about which clubs in the country did the most sales last year. A good dozen were in NYC so that's a good start.

You could check out some of the Bourdain/Travel channel stuff on places to hit up in NYC, too.
Wish I could give you these amazing ideas but I'm a suburbs guy

How could I forget Harlem?
You pretty much have to stroll through there.

If you're gonna use your cell phone, it's helpful to download a subway map.
You could probably get one in the app store

A lot of my favorite spots have been shut down.

If you've never been, you should definitely check out Times Square, just to say you've been there.
Catch a broadway show. The Lion King is my favorite.
There are tons of great restaurants so don't go to nyc just to go to BBQ's, Red Lobster or Applebee's.
Get drunk, pierced and or tatted in the Village or Bowery.
Take a carriage ride around Central Park.

How many people are you going with?

Just go to dive bars and get drunk
Uber (especially Westside highway and FDR) and subway
Go to Uptown if its warm out, also Soho when its packed is always interesting
Williamsburg and Chinatown for good, cheap eats. Use Yelp.
Citibike if u feel safe
MOMA and Met
Also, come to my crib and get long dikked

I don't know about that carriage ride around Central Park tho.
Aside from it being expensive as fukk, I'm pretty sure Mayor de Blasio is getting rid of that.

Damn, I did all that city stuff as a kid, so I'm not aware of all the changes. Did they close the Junior's in bk yet?
No idea.
I've never been to that Juniors.

The one in Grand Central is still there. I get my mom a cheesecake every few weeks on Fridays on the way home.
shyt is adding up though. It's like $7 a slice.

Some of my favorite spots here include...

Bassanova Ramen (on Mott St in Chinatown)
Katz Delicatessen (everyone knows that spot but if you want something else)

IN BK there's Dave's Brisket House on Nostrand near the Nostrand Ave A/C stop and they have Katz Delicatessen style eats for a fraction of the cost...in Crown Heights.

I like Crown Heights alot BTW...mad Africans/West Indians up in that piece.

Turning up?

I just hit up Bossa Nova Civic Club on Myrtle and Hart and call it a night...

I don't really go out in the city that much anymore cause I live and work in BK...
