I highly doubt Vizio was the only TV manufacturer collecting data. Samsung has been accused of it for years.

all my tv's have apple tv, which does NOT collect data.

I thought everyone knew that the data collection is the main reason why tv's and smart tv's in particular have dropped in price so drastically over the past 10 years or so.
