Now that scripts are becoming more and more bloated its just gonna be a lot cheaper and easier to have NPC’s and Random quest givers automated voiced, keep the central cast exclusive to big names. It will also speed up development time.

Both, AI can't replicate 2 actors recording lines together in one booth it's not the same. But really useful for npcs and character creators, reminds me of that fake AI Travis Scott song, you could tell it was uninspired.
